Job Title: Senior WHSE Strategist
We are seeking an experienced WHSE professional to lead our safety, systems, and compliance efforts.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive WHSE strategy to drive business excellence
* Manage and maintain accreditations and audits for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders on WHSE matters
* Provide guidance and mentorship to site managers and project teams
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and improve the company's WHSE framework
* Act as administrator for Hammertech and Procore safety systems
* Develop, implement, and review WHSE policies, procedures, and training programs
* Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
* Support tender submissions with WHSE input and client-facing documentation
