We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide coordination and support to our project team.
About the Role
* This is a permanent full-time position based at our Canning Vale office and reports directly to the Senior Planner.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and documentation support as required.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Managing workers' training and compliance initiatives
o Coordinating procurement of goods and services
o Supporting claim/invoicing processes
o Facilitating weekly timesheet administration
o Providing general administrative support and office operations
o Assisting with generating monthly reports

* You possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with managers, supervisors, lineworkers, and clients.
* You are a self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* You are an advanced critical thinker and problem solver with a positive attitude.
* You proactively seek opportunities to improve deliverables and work efficiencies.
* You have expertise in MS Office suite applications and have used SAP software.
