We are seeking a Aerodrome Compliance Officer to join our team, supporting the PAS Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating aviation safety objectives and implementing and maintaining aviation safety systems in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Managing aviation safety onsite, ensuring compliance with aviation laws and industry standards.
* Conducting regular aviation safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments onsite.
* Implementing and maintaining aviation policies and procedures onsite.
* Investigating aviation safety incidents and accidents and recommending corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in airside operations and proficiency in air traffic control procedures/communications.
* Proven ability to resolve complex issues autonomously.
* Effective in building relationships and managing conflict.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* ARO/W SO Certificate (current).
* CASA Radio Operators Certificate (AROC).
* Aviation Security ID Card (preferred).

As an Aerodrome Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in building the culture of our new team. You will work closely with safety, performance and environmental stakeholders to align all WHS and aviation safety initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with WHS and aviation safety regulations onsite.
