About the role
Quality Manager preferably located around the Newcastle area to support six of our aged care homes.
This role is about providing support and guidance to the teams around quality compliance and governance, and helping achieve valuable outcomes for our residents.
You will work closely with the teams onsite along with General Managers and other key stakeholders, and will need flexibility to travel to sites.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality support and guidance to homes.
* Assist with reliable incident investigations, complaint responses, and onsite audits.
* Work on quality improvements with the homes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
* Passion for aged care.
* Experience as a Quality Manager in aged care.
* Ability to travel.
* Holder of a current licence.
* Understanding of aged care quality and safety standards.
