We engender courage and passion for a better future About the role Our bike shed facility is designed to help regional Queenslanders overcome loneliness and get more active. The bike shed provides an inclusive space for locals to connect, work on projects, join a group bike ride and improve their mental wellbeing. Main duties This is a varied role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the daily operations of the bike shed to meet the requirements of funding contracts scheduling events to meet the purpose of the bike shed and to meet the needs of consumers participating in the intake process for new consumers to the bike shed overseeing the delivery of programs and services including the documentation of daily activity statistics and reporting in line with funding requirements working with other selectability services to support consumers as required ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards managing the financial budget of the bike shed working closely with the general manager and leadership team to improve knowledge of bike shed services and innovative ways of reaching people in need of mental wellbeing and suicide prevention services managing the WHS requirements managing the bike safety requirements About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will have have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
