The Prospect
You'll be joining a well-established office or team within the LMG network. This is a fantastic prospect for someone who is either:
* An experienced broker looking to grow under a strong brand and support model, or
* A broker support/loan processor ready to step into a client-facing broker role with warm leads and ongoing mentoring.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and secure the most suitable lending solutions
* Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial consultation to settlement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, referral partners, and clients
* Stay across lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry developments
* Contribute to team culture and client-first service values
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma highly regarded)
* Previous experience in lending or broking - either as a broker or in broker support
* A client-first mindset with robust communication and relationship management skills
* Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
