CFA is seeking a Program Designer to join our Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team, a passionate team dedicated to developing and delivering contemporary training and doctrine that supports CFA's operational excellence. You'll play a vital role in designing high-quality training programs and operational doctrine that enhance the capabilities of CFA members and align with regulatory and legislative requirements. As a Program Designer, you'll: * Collaborate across all areas of CFA to support capability development. * Lead the design and delivery of operational training and doctrine. * Help shape strategic direction through environmental scanning, applied research, and innovation. * Provide expert input in areas such as emergency management operations, policy development, VET and adult education, project management, RTO compliance, and audit and risk. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: * Tertiary degree in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards, and environment of an RTO (advantageous). * Demonstrated ability collaborate with partners and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. * Ability to translate high level strategy to actionable and achievable work items. * Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and written communication ability including process writing, editorial skills and development of materials aligned to curriculum, regulatory and/or legislative requirements.
