The successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Manager (Part 145) and Safety and Quality Manager by supporting frontline engineering staff with AMO training. This includes developing, distributing, and improving technical training materials to ensure compliance and support maintenance activities.Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of training materials in collaboration with AMO management.Work with technical admin staff to align training syllabi with AMO technical course requirements.Maintain records and registration of training in the system.Familiarize with AMO procedures and documentation, including:AMO Category A AuthorizationSpecific Task TrainingCore Technical Skills (e.g., troubleshooting, software updates, hoist hook removal/installation)Apprentice Training ProgramHuman Factors and Human Performance LimitationsAssist in delivering technical training across the AMO workforce, coordinating with the AMO Technical Supervisor.Manage training records and certificates to support maintenance authorization and competence assessments.Coordinate with third-party training providers to ensure quality and compliance.Organize type-specific aircraft training for engineers.Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:Experience with Training Development systems.Knowledge of AMO policies, practices, and legislation is advantageous.Experience in Training and Records Management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.Ability to learn technical procedures quickly.Well-organized and independent worker.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.Effective stakeholder communication skills.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.At CHC, we value diversity and inclusion.
