Job Description:
A Grant Support Officer will provide procedural, administrative support or operational tasks including some research and analysis activities.
The successful candidate will maintain a well-developed understanding of relevant policy, legislative, financial, administrative and risk frameworks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative matters.
Assist with the delivery of projects under the direction of higher classification levels.
Manage external granting queries via group mailboxes and external phone lines.

* Developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
* Ability to organise work activities and complete tasks independently within agreed timeframes and priorities.
* Ability to work positively and collaboratively in a team environment, working towards a shared goal in a busy environment.
* Sound capability to consistently deliver a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in line with key performance measures.
* Ability to be flexible and agile, responding to changes in priorities and workloads.
* Ability to identify emerging issues and respond with the support of more senior staff and with reference to precedents, policies and procedures.

Benefits:
This is an ongoing full-time position. The salary range for this role is $73,706 - $77,879 per year.
