The Opportunity:
* Fast-paced, diverse responsibilities with no two days alike
* Executive support to the Managing Director, including diary and inbox management
* Travel, meeting and event coordination
* Recruitment and HR coordination
* Business development and CRM support
* Submissions and tender coordination
* Commercial and accounts support
* Reporting and general administrative support
* Coordination of Bids and Submissions
* Accounts assistants where required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 5+ years experience supporting executive leadership in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
* Experience working for a Commercial contractor, Residential builder and or an Engineering consultancy,
* Is confident, diligent, methodical, uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
* Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
* Can work automatously and uses initiative
