Join to apply for the SNF CNA role at Phoenix Senior Living.Shift Details: Monday - Friday; every other weekend required.Purpose:The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing the highest quality care and services to residents and their families in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This includes providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident’s Personalized Service Plan (PSP), while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans; attend review meetings with families.Follow hydration schedules and monitor residents’ well-being.Ensure residents are properly dressed, clean, and comfortable; assist with activities and check on residents regularly.Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, including laundry and bathrooms.Complete all ADLs according to PSP and respond promptly to call bells and security alerts.Education, Experience, and Licensure:High School diploma preferred; required by some states.SC State CNA Licensure.Experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.Must be at least 18 years old.Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.Additional Details:Seniority level: Entry level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Health Care Provider.Industry: Hospitals and Healthcare.
