Claims Manager
We are seeking a Claims Manager to join our team. This role offers flexible hybrid working, balancing time between our office environment and home.
The Claims Manager will be the heart of our mission, delivering real help with real empathy at times customers need it most.
* Ownership of a home claims portfolio, guiding customers from first contact to final resolution.
* Case management for new and existing property claims.
* Liaising with assessors and vendors to keep costs on track and claims moving.
* Explaining policy entitlements and demystifying the claims and repair process.
* Demonstrating empathetic, transparent, and proactive communication throughout the claim.
* Achieving key performance and service metrics aligned with business goals.
