Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Associate Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business covering one or more large, strategic clients in the banking and financial services sector (BFS). You will be part of an account team responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and driving profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture New Opportunities - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the BFS sector to drive revenue growth.
* Portfolio Management - Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure continued growth and retention, as well as identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
* Negotiation & Contracting - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring alignment with Infosys's commercial model and value proposition.
* Relationship Management - Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of delivering results in business development and client management roles.
* Strong understanding of the BFS sector and its complexities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
