It requires a high level of initiative, collaboration, responsiveness, flexibility, resilience, and customer-focused service, responding to diverse audiences and changing priorities.In a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment, the role demands adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement.Special Conditions:The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) before employment, which must be renewed every five years.
