About the company
Our client is a leading ASX Listed company and a recognised as a excellent brand to work for. This role will be supporting the roll-out of their strategic ERP Program transforming their business systems, processes and ways of working.
The role
We are seeking an ERP Change Analyst for an initial 3 month contract to support the change management strategy and activities for a large ERP Program. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed, and ready for change.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of change management plans
Facilitate workshops to assess current and future state impacts
Monitor stakeholder readiness and resistance
Develop communication materials and curate content for digital adoption platforms
Assist in training delivery and stakeholder engagement activities
Create dashboards and reports to track change progress and sentiment
Key experience
Extensive experience in change management or similar roles
Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and techniques
Skilled in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable experience
Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline
PROSCI (or working towards)or similar change management certification
Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms
