We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, compliant, and commercially focused people solutions.
This role has the flexibility to be based at QLD, VIC or NSW
What you will enjoy doing
* Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and employees
* Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters
* Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives
* Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
* Deliver training, workshops, and coaching to build leadership capability
* Analyse HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Exposure to IR, Enterprise Bargaining agreement negotiations
What makes you great
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* 3- 5 years' HR experience, ideally in a consulting or advisory capacity
* Proven experience in Award Interpretation and Enterprise Agreement negotiation
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Understanding of Australian and New Zealand Legislation
* Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results
* Demonstrated skills in performance management, and organizational development
* Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and maintain a solution-focused mindset
