What You'll Do
* New business acquisition for the Mimecast Human Risk Management platform within employee businesses located across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
* Consultatively work with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and communicate the Mimecast Human Risk platform's value.
* Engage and communicate at an executive level.
* Build and develop a strategic territory plan to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
* Exceed KPI, pipeline and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Drive positive cross‑functional team engagement working with Marketing, Channel and BDRs to maximise the territory's potential.
* Work closely with channel partners at all stages of the sales cycle.
* Maintain a proactive hunter mentality focused on driving great engagements for prospects and partners.
* Execute against a structured end‑to‑end sales process.
* Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information and insights to management.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
* New‑business acquisition experience.
* Proven achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline and revenue targets.
* Proven ability to run complete end‑to‑end sales cycles working directly with prospects and leveraging partner networks as needed.
* Success in value‑based solution selling.
* Training in Command of the Message is desirable.
* Proactive, data‑driven, results‑orientated person with a positive outlook who can run the territory as their own business.
* Comfortable with a high‑performance, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
* Degree‑level education (preferred but not required).
The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $216,000‑$324,000 (OTE) plus benefits. The range represents the minimum and maximum new‑hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
