This is an chance for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with work from home flexibility on offer.

The Role
Portfolio Management of only 150 properties
Toowoomba portfolio - local properties
One day work from home per week
No trust accounting or invoicing
Process and follow up on maintenance orders
Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
Issue leases
Manage arrears
Conduct exit reports
Upload rental listings online
Tenant sign-ups
Liaise with owners and tenants
Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK!
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum four years of Property Management experience
A current Certificate of Registration is essential
A valid driver's license
Strong communication and organisation skills are a MUST
Previous experience using PropertyMe software advantageous
