Currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Enjoys talking to clients and solving problems with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with our accountants and management team, providing administrative and client support. Key tasks include:
Client Communication
Answer phone calls from clients and provide basic information, or forward calls to the relevant accountant.
Assist in maintaining a professional and friendly communication flow with clients.
Email & Document Support
Assist accountants in preparing and sending client emails, including attaching documents, follow-ups, and reminders.
Learn to draft professional correspondence on behalf of accountants (training provided).
Meeting Coordination
Help arrange virtual or in-person meetings for clients with accountants at the Sydney office.
Manage meeting schedules and ensure proper documentation is prepared beforehand.
ASIC & Corporate Administration
Assist accountants with ASIC‑related tasks such as company annual reviews, director updates, and share structure adjustments (training provided).
Entity Setup Assistance
Support accountants in the setup of companies, trusts, and SMSFs (training provided).
Help prepare relevant documentation, lodge forms, and communicate with clients during setup.
Requirements
Vietnamese language is a must (speaking & writing).
Fluent in English — both verbal and written communication.
Proactive, confident, and well‑spoken, especially when dealing with clients.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn accounting procedures.
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must have valid Australian work rights or visa to work legally in Australia.
