Asphalt Labourer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced asphalt labourer to join our team on the Central Coast. As an asphalt labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with laying, raking, shovelling, and compacting asphalt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with paving operations including laying, raking, and compacting asphalt
* Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Support the paver and roller operators as required
* Maintain a clean and organized worksite and equipment
* Contribute to a strong safety culture by following site procedures and guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in asphalt or civil construction
* Skid Steer, Roller, and/or Profiler tickets preferred but not essential (training opportunities available)
* Construction Industry White Card
* HR or HC licence highly regarded
* Reliable transport and commitment to punctuality
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a professional crew
