Business Development Manager Role
As a key professional in this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, facilitating structured engagement and communication.
* Developing and executing growth strategies that cascade down to site-specific objectives, focusing on aftermarket retention.
* Maintaining comprehensive data on past and planned activities, customer information, and interactions.
* Tracking and reporting market share and opportunity GAP analysis.
Additionally, you will:
* Maintain technical knowledge of customer processes to improve aftermarket performance.
* Support budgeting and forecasting for Aftermarket sales to ensure accuracy.
* Contribute to the overall brand strategy by supporting regional customers and peers.

The ideal candidate possesses:
* A trade certificate or Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering (preferably).
* 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
* 5-7 years of direct sales experience within industrial markets with a sound technical background.
Prior experience with related products is highly advantageous, and a current driver's license is required.
