Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant
As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside experienced Educators and the Centre Director to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
About the Role:
* Assist in planning and implementing interactive learning activities.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children's growth and development.
* Build strong meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
* Support children's independence, problem-solving, and social skills.
* Contribute to team meetings and collaborating on educational programs.
* Assist with documentation and daily administration tasks.

About You:
* A passion for working with children and fostering their learning journey.
* An ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education).
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with children aged 0-2 years old.
* Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
* Working with Children Check (for employees) & Mandatory Reporting training.
