The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
* Lead, mentor and develop a full kitchen brigade
* Drive food quality and consistency across high-volume service
* Own COGS, labour targets and financial performance
* Deliver seasonal menu development suited to a broad coastal audience
* Ensure compliance, food safety and operational excellence
* Work closely with Venue Manager and senior leadership
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a pub, bistro or high-volume venue
* Strong commercial acumen - confident managing GP, stock and labour
* A calm, structured leader who builds strong kitchen culture
* Someone hands-on in service who leads from the front
* Experience in tourism-driven or coastal markets highly regarded
