Position Overview
As a Turf Farm Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining harvesting equipment to ensure efficient and safe harvesting operations.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
operating specialised turf equipment (incl. JCB Telehandler, Trebro harvester and various tractors/mowers )
conducting equipment inspections & performing routine maintenance/repairs
monitoring harvesting for quality control + maintaining production efficiency
maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols in all operations
collaborating with our team to meet production targets and improve processes.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Min. 1 year previous Harvester operation experience or similar essential
Strong mechanical background + ability to troubleshoot/repair equipment
Sound knowledge of agricultural practices/harvesting processes preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
