This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining client relationships, securing off-panel demand, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients in the aged care sector.You'll work onsite at our vibrant Sydney office, engaging directly with clients and candidates to drive business growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Identify and capture opportunities in markets/geographies where we lack formal agreements, focusing on "off-panel" demand.Proactively engage in outbound client activities, including cold-calling and site visits, to secure shift and contract requests.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering consultative solutions tailored to their needs.Business DevelopmentDevelop new client relationships through targeted business development strategies, including reviewing job boards like Seek for active recruitment opportunities.Reverse market candidates to clients, ensuring continuity of care and maximising placement opportunities.Promote our upcoming online ordering and booking platform to streamline client processes.Recruitment & Workforce ManagementEfficiently coordinate the placement of healthcare professionals into client shifts or contracts, ensuring high shift fill rates.Collaborate with Candidate Services to maximise workforce engagement and optimise resource utilisation.Encourage greater engagement from minimally active candidates through strategic communication and relationship-building.Operational ExcellenceEnsure all processes comply with client specifications, internal policies, and contractual obligations.Accurately input shift and contract information into our bespoke software.Monitor client satisfaction and actively work to maintain strong relationships.What We're Looking ForExperience: Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a similar high-volume, fast-paced industry.Business Development: Demonstrated success in developing new client relationships and capturing off-panel demand.Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.Aged Care Knowledge: Understanding of the aged care sector is highly desirable.Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adjusting strategies to meet client needs.Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving positive outcomes for clients and candidates.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness DevelopmentIndustriesHospitals and Health Care and Staffing and Recruiting
