Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide a high-quality customer experience, including handling enquiries, quotations, and invoicing for new and existing customers.
* Network Application Processing: Manage network application processing in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Project Coordination: Design and implement a customer works tracking system to monitor project progress and status.
The ideal candidate will possess significant customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple project management related activities. Project Management Certification is highly desirable.
