Our client is a private investment business with a combination of owned and managed commercial assets. They provide investment, Property Management, Sales & Leasing and Building & Construction services, creating cross-sell opportunities across the business model.
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Leasing Executive to join their small team of operatives in driving the business within the eastern corridor of the Perth Metro area. The role offers a unique opportunity to manage listings across both sales and leasing and to benefit from a healthy management portfolio of leads and existing listings on commencement, with immediate earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
- Analysis of market rents and research to provide credible and informed advice to customers.
- Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
- Prospecting for new business.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- WA sales registration (or equivalent) and experience in a commercial sales and leasing capacity.
- Analytical approach to sales with strong interpersonal and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success.
- Advanced negotiation and critical thinking skills.
- Current driver’s license and a reliable car.
- Parking is included in the package.
