You will maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing technical advice and ensuring their satisfaction as part of our national customer service team. You will also be responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer response, as well as arranging transportation and delivery of parts.

* Provide technical advice and support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Process orders and quotes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Arrange transportation and delivery of parts to meet client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Tender/quote knowledge and excellent presentation skills.
* Mechanical aptitude and SAP/CRM systems experience.
