The Role:
The Team Leader, Web and Cybersecurity is a member of the Plan SA Delivery team and is accountable to the Delivery Manager, Plan SA. As the Team Leader Web and Cybersecurity, you will drive the Leadership and management of the Cyber Security of South Australia's ePlanning system as well as the development of websites. You will hold the following responsibilities:
* Leading the Plan SA Web Development team in undertaking analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment of enhancements and fixes.
* Ensuring Plan SA IT Environment meets the SA Government Cyber Security Framework and South Australia Protective Security Framework requirements.
* Manage and report cyber security incidents to the South Australian Government Watch Desk as required by PC042 Cyber Security Incident Management
* Collaborating with business analysts to understand the business needs and ensuring the system meets those needs, as well as collaborating with test analysts to ensure quality solutions.
* Leading, developing and fostering a positive work culture which is based on DHUD's values and promoting customer service, learning and development, safety and welfare of employees, acknowledging differences, and encouraging creativity and innovation.
About You:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
* Experience in web content management solutions, in particular SQUIZ CMS
* Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA)
* Demonstrated experience leading technical staff, in accordance with industry best practice processes and quality standards.
* Experience as an Information Technology Security Advisor (ITSA) within government agency.
* Demonstrated experience in managing cybersecurity incidents
* Detailed knowledge of DHUD-specific and South Australian Government protective security policies, principles and standards
Special Conditions
* Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.
* Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
