Guest Service Agent (Part‐Time)
As our Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be the first impression of the hotel and brand, and we want it to be a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
* Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
* Checking in & out guests
* Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
* Promote the hotel and all it has to offer
* Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
* Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website
* Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
Qualifications
We look for a person who has a strong passion for customer service and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. Ideally, you have previous front office experience, a bubbly personality, and dedication to our brand and team.
