We are looking for a customer-facing professional to provide exceptional service and support in our office environment. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, managing meeting room bookings and catering requests while coordinating with internal teams.
Maintaining office areas and conference rooms, greeting and assisting guests, and handling administrative tasks and support events are also key responsibilities of this role.
