About the role:
A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills. You will be providing 2:1 support with an experienced and knowledgeable team.

About you:
You are a compassionate, reliable, and committed individual with a genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of the people living with a disability. As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
* A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
* Experience supporting NDIS participants with a psychosocial disability
* Experienced in working with clients with challenging behaviours
* The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people living with disability
* Strong incident report and case note writing skills
* First Aid Certificate
* Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Working with Children Check
* Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
* Legal working rights in Australia
