**_About the Role_**
**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Coaching and mentoring direct reports, providing resourcing advice to the broader Recruitment Resourcing team as requested.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple lines of business, disciplines and regions around Australia.
- Develop and implement short and long term workforce planning requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner to support business performance, growth, and project delivery.
- Creating and implementing a tailored sourcing strategy in line with the business needs.
- Manage recruitment budgets, including third party costs and advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns spend.
- Leading resourcing campaigns for major projects, shutdowns, and mobilisations in collaboration with operations and project teams.
- Managing key deliverables from conception to delivery, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and change management activities are completed to support the project.
- Building strong relationships and partnering with hiring managers to define their needs and provide recruitment advice.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- Approximately 10+ years' experience in an internal recruitment role within a People & Culture function, preferably in mining or resources & energy industries
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR, Management or another related field is desirable
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Previous experience in establishing Resourcing and Talent systems, standards, processes and procedures
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
