CULLUNGHUTTI ABORIGINAL CHILD AND FAMILY CENTREPreschool Teaching Director / Nominated SupervisorFulltime 38 hours per weekCullunghutti Aboriginal Child and Family Centre is an Aboriginal community controlled early intervention early childhood service on the South Coast.Cullunghutti Preschool is licensed for 30 children aged 3-5 years and located in West Nowra.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and Passionate Educator to take on the role of Preschool Teaching Director/ Nominated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the service, lead, guide, and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.As our Preschool Teaching Director/ Nominated Supervisor, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate a range of culturally sensitive, child centred programs and services to children. You must maintain and create cultural safety for Aboriginal families and identify strengths, increase capacity for resilience and promote positive family relationships.All applicants are required to address the criteria below.
