About the role The position requires extensive experience in workforce design, organisational change and restructure management including the classification and establishment matters. The successful candidate will lead a team that delivers best practice and efficient strategic, tactical and operational workforce design services, inclusive of workforce change, job design consultation, evaluation and assessment, and establishment control.The role emphasizes strong leadership qualities, commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to ethical principles.The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director Workforce Planning, Design and Development and will be responsible for leading the Workforce Design team.
