Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Overview
As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales efforts within a specific territory or region.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced sales executive to manage entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing sales. Responsibilities include:
* Selling strategic HR solutions to large enterprise accounts in a defined geographic territory.
* Target industries include High Tech, Financial Services, Education, Hospitality, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Airlines, and Utilities.
* Managing pipeline building through cold calling, networking, internet, etc. with an associated high close rate of opportunities created.
* Negotiating final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* 5+ years of experience selling enterprise applications to C-Suite.
* Experience selling enterprise Workforce Management (WFM), ERP, HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Supply Chain Management software systems and implementation services.
* Experience selling to companies with greater than 5,000 employees.
* Ability to consult with CFO's, CIO's, and VP's of HR.
* Strong verbal skills; most selling occurs over the phone and internet prior to on-site meetings.
