Our clinics within Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join the team. This is a Full‐Time permanent position and working from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. The locations include Calvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital.
Reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.
Key Accountabilities
* Driving the delivery of high‐quality reception services
* Providing excellent customer service and patient care
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Key Selection Criteria
* Previous medical receptionist background (ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learnExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Current driver's licence
