ISQ is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate partnership program and oversee the delivery of high‑profile member events and conferences. You'll turn relationships into tangible outcomes for our members while shaping a cohesive, high‑performing team.
The role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll manage strategic relationships with corporate partners to achieve commercial outcomes and value for our members. You'll also lead the end‑to‑end delivery of conferences and member events—commercial management, supplier liaison, event marketing and member enquiries—while mentoring and developing two Senior Events Coordinators.
Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain corporate partnerships that deliver measurable commercial benefits for ISQ and our members.
* Plan an integrated program of events and partnership activities aligned to ISQ's strategic objectives.
* Oversee conferences and member functions, including budget ownership, supplier engagement, marketing and member queries.
* Monitor event financial performance to drive the best possible commercial outcomes.
* Lead and grow a cohesive team trusted to support member services and engagement.
What you'll bring
* Significant business development and partnerships experience.
* Association experience will be highly regarded.
* Proven people leadership.
* Highly organised, calm under pressure, with excellent communication and a proactive, customer‑service mindset.
* Flexibility for events outside standard hours and willingness to be hands‑on with venue set‑up/pack‑down as needed.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded although not essential.
