Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care to elderly residents. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, monitoring and reporting on residents' health and well-being, and supporting residents with daily living activities.
