- Manage NDIS claims and reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising revenue recovery.
- Perform credit control activities, actively monitoring outstanding balances, and taking appropriate actions to minimise bad debt.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, disputes, and billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable status, identifying trends, and proposing improvement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the healthcare or aged care industry.
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS claims processes and reimbursement requirements is essential.
