Receptionist Job Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to support our business with exceptional customer service and administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all clients feel welcome and valued.
* Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
* Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records with attention to detail.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order processing.
* Support accounts with invoicing, payroll, and other accounting functions.
* Maintain a well-presented and organized reception area.
* Coordinate daily updates with the Workshop regarding departures and arrivals.
* Work effectively across multiple customer service management systems.
* Hand over completed vehicles to customers.
About You:
* Must have excellent time management and multitasking skills.
* Be outgoing with a customer-focused personality.
* Show self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Have experience using Excel and Outlook.
* Admin or reception experience is preferred but not required.
* Any front-facing customer service experience is highly regarded.
* Experience with IBODY SHOP, PARTS CHECK, and/or REPX is highly advantageous.
