The primary purpose of the position of IT Helpdesk Support officer is to provide technical support to the Directors, centre Educators and central staff of C&K so that we are able to provide quality education and care to the children that attend our services.
This position provides a fantastic work - life balance with the option to work from home 2 days a week and flexible start and finish times. You will also have access to a monthly rostered day off when you work a 40 hour week.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets.
- Contribute to the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain and update our IT documentation and knowledge base.
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- A Degree/Diploma in IT, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Strong technical skills in Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Joining our Family**
You will need to hold:
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
- Qualifications in Information Technology although not needed will be highly regarded
C&K will cover the initial and renewal costs of a Blue Card and Police Check for all permanent and fixed term contract employees prior to the commencement of their duties.
All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
