Join to apply for the ICT Change and Training Lead role at Launch Recruitment1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the ICT Change and Training Lead role at Launch RecruitmentGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ICT Change and Training Lead Contract – ERP Cloud TransformationLocation : Ballarat, VIC12-month contractOnsite: 2 days per week/ 3 from homeVic GovDay rate: $650 – $750 per dayWe’re recruiting an experienced ICT Change and Training Lead for a major ERP transformation project moving from on-premise systems to Infor CloudSuite.Based in Ballarat, this 12 month contract offers the chance to lead meaningful change in a forward thinking, values driven government organisation.As the Change and Training Lead, you’ll drive the human side of this digital transformation, supporting stakeholders through change while building organisation wide capability through fit-for-purpose training strategies.What You’ll Be DoingLead the change and training workstream for a cloud-based ERP implementation (Infor CloudSuite).Develop and deliver tailored change management and communications strategies to support ERP adoption.Design and oversee organisation-wide training programs that empower users and support long-term sustainability.Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels: from execs to end users, to ensure engagement, readiness and alignment.Identify change impacts, risks and resistance points, and implement appropriate mitigation and support strategies.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrated experience leading both change and training across complex ICT ERP projects, ideally involving cloud migration.Proven ability to design and execute change and communication plans that align with project goals.Strong background developing and implementing end-user training for enterprise systems (Infor CloudSuite experience highly regarded).Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.A confident, self-motivated leader who can work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Communications, or similar.Ready to shape the success of a cutting-edge ERP transformation?
