SKILLS AND HANDS NT is seeking a Property Manager in Darwin City to oversee residential rental properties across Darwin and Palmerston.
Responsibilities include liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring compliance with relevant NT tenancy legislation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in property management and possess excellent communication skills.
Salary: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation.
