Responsibilities
* Familiar with e‐com business, design and implement end‐to‐end cross‐border logistics solutions (B2C & B2B), covering line haul, destination customs clearance, warehousing, and last‐mile distribution services. Ensure optimal product competitiveness and customer experience.
* Overall responsible for operation performance excellence. Establish response area / countries operation KPI and continue drive for the next step optimization based on cost, lead time, and customer experience.
* Data‐analysis skill set is a must, able to recognize operation exceptions, predict operation KPI trending direction based on operation / financial data and build up resolutions accordingly.
* Expertise in project management and project execution in the remote working environment across different departments / BU functions inter‐nation.
* Area expertise. In‐depth knowledge of response area e‐commercial market and logistics solutions, innovate solutions according to latest market development. Regulation adjustment.
* Partner / supplier contract management and supplier life‐cycle management.
Requirements
* Minimum of 8 years working experience in a multinational company (in‐house logistics functions), or working experience in an international logistics company / freight forwarder as program manager, operation manager; must have on‐hands experience on the operation.
* e‐commerce experience preferred.
* Result‐oriented and be able to work under pressure.
* Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data‐driven solutions.
* Fluent in English & Chinese, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
