Business Analyst – SAP Delivery (Finance & HR)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex SAP initiatives across Finance and HR domains. This role focuses on requirements, solution design and end-to-end delivery within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead discovery, current-state analysis and scope definition for SAP initiatives
* Elicit, analyse and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements across the full lifecycle
* Develop business process models, as-is/to-be states and gap analyses
* Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories and solution artefacts
* Work closely with technical teams to support solution design, testing, UAT and go-live
* Engage and influence senior business and technical stakeholders across multiple initiatives
