We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving kitchen, leads from the front, and is deeply grounded in Italian cuisine, particularly on the boiler section.

About the Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality Italian food in a demanding, high-volume environment.
You’ll be hands-on during service, leading the boiler section with confidence, working with fresh pasta and gnocchi, and ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects the standards we’re proud of. Experience with pizza, dough, and wood-fired ovens is highly valued and will be an advantage in this versatile role.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys responsibility, momentum, and being part of a tight-knit, professional kitchen team.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef, ideally at Sous Chef or equivalent level
• Strong experience in Italian cuisine, particularly high-volume boiler service
• Confident working with fresh pasta and gnocchi
• Experience with pizza making, dough, and wood-fired ovens highly regarded
• Comfortable and composed in a busy, high-pressure service environment
• A natural leader, team player, and clear communicator
• Strong organisational skills, including prep, par levels, ordering, and stock rotation
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in your craft
