The Senior Account Executive – Distributors & Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of account and category‐specific business plans that drive sustainable growth.

Location and Role Overview
* Position can be based in Melbourne, or on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
* Partner closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, driving the Distributor and Operations portfolio.
* Supporting the overall business ambition in driving NPD and customer execution.

Role Responsibilities
* Working across distributors and operational stakeholders, partnering with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross‐functional teams to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively and on time.
* Provide merchandising support, account management, NPD project management and data analysis.
* Deliver strong commercial outcomes and operational excellence for the Australian Consumer Division.
Ideal Candidate
* Commercially astute and proactive with experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
* Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Highly organised and detail‐oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross‐functional stakeholders.
* Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills while driving positive cultural impact.
