What awaits you?
* Continually evaluating the business through 2nd line monitoring and implementing effective plans to track, report and prevent operational risks within the company.
* Provide training and support to the Operational Risk Delegate network.
* Manage the company's Key Risk Indicators, including highlighting areas of concern to senior management.
* Maintain the company Business Continuity Management plan, including regular updates and co‐ordinating annual testing.
* Managing the company's Internal Controls, including implementing local frameworks, policies and instructions.
* Provide regular operational risk management reporting and be an active participant in the monthly National Risk Committee.
What you should bring along?
* Bachelor's Degree or higher education qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or related equivalent discipline required.
* 10 years' experience in the retail finance industry and consumer lending.
* Knowledge of automotive financing would be an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
