Tapes To Digital is seeking a talented Tech Junkie / Savvy Customer Service Person to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
1. Handle analog to digital conversions with provided equipment and support customers with tech-related queries.
2. Provide excellent customer interaction and communication, including meeting customers at their location if required.
Equipment Provided:
We supply everything needed to get started, including digital converters and software tools.

* Tech Enthusiasts: You’re the person everyone turns to for tech advice and love doing it.
* ABN Required: You must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or be willing to obtain one.
* Great Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
* Proactive & Independent: Able to solve problems independently and learn quickly.
* Transport: Own a car and hold a valid driver's license.
* Home Office Ready: Have a stable internet connection, sufficient space for equipment, and are already working from home full time.
